The right of complaint is returned to customers by advertising a product that has defects or defects that were present at the time of the goods
was sold. The customer has years to find by fault or defect of the item, as the proof is the seller's responsibility. The burden of proof lies with the reseller for the first 6 months, the subsequent 1½ years with the customer. The right of complaint is the customer's statutory right.
Warranty is a special agreement made between buyer and seller. If the customer and the seller agree, there must be a year's warranty for a product, then during this period the customer can complain about all types of defects and defects. In this case, it is the seller's responsibility to prove that errors are due to customer misconduct. Warranty is not the customer's statutory right.
I have said that the new purchase law has always forbidden to go for months after responding to, after a mistake or defect in a product is discovered. Thus, complaints are considered within 2 months, which are within a reasonable time and so in accordance with the law. Complaints may well predict the end of months and still be reasonable, but it must be assumed to be one of the rarities.
The presumption rule
The last significant change to the Purchasing Act, which is the so-called presumption rule, means, within the first six months of the purchase being formatted, by the error that occurred to the locals at the time of purchase. Purely practical means the rule that consumers are secured and lessened burden of proof within the first six months and that the consumer within the first 6 months has easier by getting different exchanges.
