Right of complaint
The right of complaint is the customer's right to complain about an item that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the item
was sold. The customer has two years to find faults or defects in the item, which is demonstrably the seller's responsibility. The burden of proof lies with the dealer for the first 6 months, with the customer for the following 1½ years. The right of complaint is the customer's statutory right.
Warranty is a special agreement entered into between buyer and seller. If the customer and the seller agree that there must be a two-year warranty for a product, then during this period the customer can complain about all types of defects. In this case, it is the seller's responsibility to prove that the defect is due to negligence on the part of the customer. Warranty is not the customer's statutory right.
In the new Purchase Act, the consumer always has two months to react after a defect or defect in an item has been discovered. Complaints within 2 months are thus considered to be within a reasonable time and thus in accordance with the law. Complaints can be made later than two months and still be within a reasonable time, but it must be assumed to be one of the rarities.
The presumption rule
The last significant change in the Purchase Act is the so-called presumption rule, which means that within the first six months after a purchase, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of purchase. In practical terms, the rule means that consumers are guaranteed a lesser burden of proof within the first six months and means that the consumer has an easier time getting the item exchanged within the first 6 months.

If you live in another EU country, you can submit a complaint to the EU Commission's online complaints portal. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Terms of trade
The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from bunkern.eu. The conditions apply in the case where an ordinary purchase has been made via the website and no other written agreement has been entered into.

Delivery time and transport
Delivery of goods purchased in bunkern.eu is considered to have taken place when the buyer has received the goods. The shipment of goods usually takes place with Post Nord, DAO or GLS
Normal delivery time is 1-2 days. Transport will be longer to countries other than Denmark.
When picking up in a store, it may be that one or more products have to be moved to the desired store before it can be picked up, Bunkern reserves the right to move the Product as cheaply as possible but within a reasonable time, which will be 1-3 days in the most cases. The bunker will always keep a good communication about this with the customer.
The risk to the goods
The risk for goods purchased by Bunkern passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Any errors or omissions in delivery from bunkern.eu must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state and, on request, show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must quickly contact bunkern.eu either via e-mail email@example.com or by post. tel. 23317523. As a customer of Bunkern, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint after you have received the item. For items with a limited shelf life, your right of appeal is limited by the shelf life period that Bunkern has offered you.
Unless otherwise stated, all items on bunkern.eu's website are subject to a 24 month warranty. The burden of proof for errors or omissions lies with the first 6 months at bunkern.eu, and the subsequent 18 months with the customer.
All demo items have a 3 month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
If the customer wishes to report errors or defects, this must be done in writing to bunkern.eu no later than 60 days after the error or defect is discovered. The customer must give bunkern.eu a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item in question. bunkern.eu is not responsible for further damage or damage as a result of continued use after defects or defects have been discovered, or if the customer changes or repairs the item without permission from bunkern.eu
Bunkern.eu's liability in the event of a complaint is limited to repairing or replacing a defective or defective item, or refunding the price of the item. Damage to an item, caused by improper use, modifications or gross misuse of the customer, is not covered by the right of complaint. Bunkern.eu cannot be held responsible for data loss or other indirect consequences due to a defective or defective item sold by bunkern.eu.
Exercise of the right of complaint
Complaints regarding defects and defects must be notified to bunkern.eu within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Items not included in the right of complaint will be returned at the customer's expense. Items returned on COD or otherwise shipped with missing postage will be refused receipt by bunkern.eu
Returned items without defects
When returning an item to bunkern.eu, where an error or defect, defined and stated by the customer is not found, the item will be returned to the customer. Items must be returned with an invoice copy, where the time of purchase for the advertised product appears, as well as a description of the defect, as the item will otherwise be discarded until there is an invoice copy and error message on the product.
All items returned must be securely wrapped. Damage due to inadequate packaging can result in your rights being revoked. If an item purchased from bunkern.eu is received wrapped in antistatic material, in the event of a return, it must also be wrapped in corresponding antistatic material. If a returned item has been damaged due to failure to wrap in antistatic material will result in the lapse of your rights.
Right of withdrawal
Your withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your item. You must have sent an inquiry to us via email within the right of withdrawal period. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item. In the event of refusal to accept a package from bunkern.eu, return postage will be deducted from the customer's purchase amount.
When picking up an item, there is no cash return right, as you have the opportunity to examine the item before the transfer / risk transfer takes place.
The full price of the product will be refunded within 30 days in accordance with section 12c of the Consumer Contracts Act, provided that the product complies with the rules on condition. Read more about the new consumer legislation below.

When you buy an item online, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
We recommend reading the rules below according to the new consumer law.
Purchase 365 day return policy
In your basket you have the option to purchase a 365-day right of return per product instead of just 14 days. You can choose the option at each product line and pay for each single product. That is, if you buy 2 identical of a product, you will be required 5, - per product. The same rules for the right of return apply, but in return you have 365 days to decide whether you want to keep your item.
The new consumer legislation
Take the clothes home and try them on
When you buy some clothes either from the webshop or one of Bunkern’s physical stores, you are always allowed to try out the product at home. However, the prerequisite is that the surroundings you are in do not affect the clothes by, for example, odor nuisances such as smoking, traces of use or the like.
Impairment of product
If you have used or washed the clothes, it will create a depreciation of at least 50%. The amount of the impairment is determined by Bunkern after the item has been received. This applies to both physical stores and the webshop.
If you regret your purchase, you must submit a written notice by letter or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We expect you to return the item as soon as possible after you have been informed of the cancellation.
It must be sent no later than 14 days after you have informed us about your regrettable purchase.
Christmas gift exchange rule
At Christmas time, however, we are happy to exchange Christmas presents for 25 January.
Return of an item
You can refuse receipt of the item from the postal service. In this context, you must make the postal service aware that the item must be returned to Bunkern.eu immediately.
If you receive the item from the postal service, and subsequently, within 14 days, regret the purchase, you can return the item to bunkern.eu. In this case, please enclose a copy of the purchase invoice.
When returning an item, the following address must be used; Bunkern, Storegade 112B, 6700 Esbjerg. The package must be clearly marked "14 days right of withdrawal" The amount is returned via your original means of payment. Returns due to cancellation are made at the buyer's own expense. It is recommended that the item is returned as parcel post via Post Nord, which makes it possible to track the parcel at Post Nord. Thus, any doubt as to whether the item has been handed over to bunkern.eu is removed. Furthermore, the customer has the opportunity to request the package if delivery has not taken place. Items returned on COD or sent without postage will be refused receipt bunkern.eu.
All items returned must be securely wrapped. Damage due to inadequate packaging can result in your rights being revoked. If an item purchased from bunkern.eu is wrapped in antistatic material, the item must also be wrapped in antistatic material in case of return. If a returned item has been damaged due to failure to wrap in antistatic material will result in the lapse of your rights.
A binding purchase agreement has not been entered into with bunkern.eu until you have received an order confirmation, bunkern.eu does not store the order confirmation after it has been sent to the customer. In the event of stock errors and typing errors, Bunkern may terminate the purchase agreement, however, Bunkern will always strive to obtain the item as soon as possible in the event of such errors and at the same time provide good communication with the customer.
We never put more products to pre-order sales than we have ordered at home. However, there is a possibility that there will be a post-allocation from the supplier, which we do not control. Therefore, it will always be first come first served with pre-orders. in 9 out of 10 cases we can cover all pre-orders, so the sooner you order the more confident you are in being first in line! Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel pre-orders if external conditions mean that we can not deliver the product.
For orders with mixed purchases of products that are in stock and pre-orders, or for orders with pre-orders that arrive on different dates, Bunkern withdraws the entire amount when the first product is sent / picked up.
All prices for new products are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for currency changes, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold-out items and printing errors. The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable order price, and the price does not change either in the event of a price drop or increase.
Any delivery time stated by bunkern.eu is only an estimate. bunkern.eu makes reservations for sold out and discontinued items. bunkern.eu cannot be held responsible for losses, directly or indirectly, of a delay in the delivery of the goods. Nor will a delay entitle the buyer to terminate or terminate the contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.
The risk for goods purchased from bunkern.eu passes to the buyer at the time of delivery.
Retention of title
bunkern.dk reserves the ownership of the Item, as long as full payment has not been received for the ordered Item.
Until the ownership has been transferred to the Customer, the item must be stored and maintained properly. The item must be stored separately from other items so that it is possible to identify the items as bunkern.eu's property. Identification labels, prints and the like must not be damaged or removed from the product or packaging. Damage to the item, in addition to what the usual wear and tear causes, must be compensated by the customer. The customer undertakes not to dispose of what is sold without bunkern.eu's written consent in a way that may impair bunkern.eu's security in the goods, including mortgaging, letting or lending the goods.
Special provisions for traders
The same conditions of sale apply as for consumers, but with the following modification; there is no right of withdrawal for traders, which applies to 1 year warranty from the original invoice date. replacement or repair does not result in a new 1 year warranty period, bunkern.eu reserves the ownership of goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid, all costs in connection with the enforcement of the property reservation are borne by the buyer who accrues interest from the due date with 1.5% per. commenced month.
Reservations are made for sold-out and discontinued items, as well as printing errors on the entire bunkern.eu website.
